For the boating enthusiast, docking is available immediately outside your door at many of the riverfront properties. Spyglass Harbor also accommodates craft from 35' to 100'.

As one would expect, water is an integral part of day-to-day living at The Moorings. A private Atlantic beach is available for all residents. All waterfront homes are seawalled and have direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway via The Moorings' entrance channel at marker 160.
