Overview & Guidelines
Rental
Charges
Rental charges per month vary according to location,
number of bedrooms, and type of club membership
included with the accommodation. The per month
charges shown on the rates page reflect the range
of rental charges available within each condominium.
The minimum rental period is one month, with exceptions
noted. Please contact us for particular accommodations.
Off
Season and Long Term Rates
Leases over six months range from $1,200 to $6,000
per month. Private homes also available, rates
on request.
Reservations
Persons wishing to arrange accommodations at The
Moorings may write, call or use our Information
Request Form. Inquiries will be directed to the
Rental Manager,Allison McGraw.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from
8:30 am to 5:00pm EST. Telephone: 772-231-5131;

Rules
and Regulations
A membership Application and approval by the respective
Association is required for all condominium rentals
in The Moorings. You will be provided with a list
of appropriate Rules and Regulations for your
particular Condominium Association.
No
Pets
Deposit
Requirements
A reservation deposit of 25% of the total rent
(non-refundable) is required at the time the lease
is signed before a reservation can be confirmed.
A security deposit (refundable less charges specified
in the lease) and balance of rent are due 90 days
prior to arrival date.
Guests
leaving prior to the agreed departure time will
be charged for the entire period.
Arrivals
and Departures
All renters are asked to come to the Rental Office
at the Sales Office on Windward Way. Check-In
time: 4:00pm; Check-Out time: 11:00am. Anyone
arriving after 5:00 will please advise the Rental
Office in advance. The Rental Offices closes at
5:00 and is not open on weekends except by appointment.
Club
Privileges
The Moorings Club is a private facility. Membership
may be available by designation from a Owner/Member.
If membership is one of your requirements for
rental, notify the Rental Office at time of availability
inquiry.
During
the period from January 1 through April 30 of
each year, renters shall pay applicable guest
fees for golf and tennis privileges and shall
have a one day shorter sign up privilege than
a permanent member for golf and tennis starting
times.
Non
Club Members
Vero Beach offers many fine dining opportunities
along with outstanding public golf courses and
tennis facilities. Please check with office for
further information.
UNIT
FEATURES, AVAILABILITY AND RENTAL RATES MAY VARY
AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
PRIOR
INSPECTION IS RECOMMENDED.
ALL
RATES SUBJECT TO STATE & LOCAL TAXES AND APPLICABLE
SECURITY DEPOSIT.
