For the boating enthusiast, docking is available immediately outside your door at many of the riverfront properties, in addition to our on-site marinas. As one would expect, water is an integral part of day-to-day living at The Moorings. A private Atlantic beach is available for all residents. All waterfront homes are seawalled and have direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway via The Moorings' entrance channel at marker 160.
