Born and raised in Vero Beach, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective as a third generation FL realtor. Her grandmother started the family trend, followed by her father, who is a state certified appraiser and realtor.
Growing up on Vero Beach Country Club is where she established her love of golf, which inspired a degree in Professional Golf Management and Graphic Design at Florida State University. Upon graduation, her experience as the Golf Shop Merchandise Director at the Windsor Club presented a member invite to teach at their summer club in Locust Valley, NY. Serving as an instructor alongside Long Island’s most respected golf professionals at the Piping Rock Club enabled Courtney to expand her network immensely.
Those connections propelled her to thrive in Greenwich, CT working with the Santa Monica based apparel brand johnnie-O. While working alongside the O’Donnell family, Courtney doubled the company’s FL business volume each year, successfully building and maintaining relationships with FL’s most elite private golf clubs.
As a model in Miami with world renowned Wilhelmina Models, Courtney learned the importance of effective representation working with notable brands such as Vogue, Perry Ellis and Pottery Barn.
Today, an award-winning member of the FSGA, Courtney has combined her love of the country club lifestyle and her passion for reimagining coastal real estate properties. Her personal experiences in buying, renovating and selling brings a unique level of understanding today’s home values.
From vintage estates to today’s waterfront dream homes, Courtney’s attention to detail and ability to truly understand her clients goals is what sets her apart.
